The role of the Australian International Sporting Events Secretariat (AISES) is to assist event organisers around the world by providing access to Australian event experts and companies. AISES is a joint initiative of the Australian State Governments of New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. AISES provides introductions to specialist companies and consultants who have worked on the highly successful Sydney 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games, the Brisbane 2001 Goodwill Games and other major international events such as the Doha 2006 Asian Games, the Beijing 2008 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games and the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
